DiosasPlay primarily operates as a technology platform that allows independent content creators to publish, distribute, and monetize their own content.
For content uploaded by independent creators, DiosasPlay acts solely as an intermediary platform providing hosting, storage, transmission, payment processing, moderation, and related technological services.
DiosasPlay does not act as the primary producer of creator-generated content and does not direct, script, supervise, or control the creation of such content.
Creator Obligations
All creators publishing content on DiosasPlay represent and warrant that:
DiosasPlay requires creators to complete an identity and age verification process before being authorized to publish content.
This verification process may include:
Content Participation Requirements
Only verified creators with active and approved DiosasPlay accounts may appear in content published on the platform.
Content featuring individuals who are not registered and verified through DiosasPlay may be removed and may result in account sanctions, suspension, fund retention, or account termination in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Content Moderation
DiosasPlay utilizes both human and automated moderation systems to support compliance and platform safety.
Automated moderation technologies, including services provided through Sightengine, may be used to analyze images, videos, and text for potential policy violations.
DiosasPlay Originals
For content identified as DiosasPlay Originals, Altaboss SpA maintains age verification, identity verification, consent documentation, image rights agreements, and other records required under its internal compliance procedures.
All participants appearing in DiosasPlay Originals productions are verified as adults prior to production and participate voluntarily under written agreements.

For creator-generated content, records required by applicable laws are maintained by the individual creator responsible for producing the content.
