Welcome to DiosasPlay!. These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altaboss SpA, hereinafter referred to as diosasplay.com. By accessing or using our website and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Only individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under the applicable laws of their country may register and use our services.
Age Verification and Identity Data Protection
DiosasPlay uses an external age and identity verification system (didit.me), integrated via API, for the sole purpose of ensuring that access to the platform is strictly limited to individuals over 18 years of age.
The verification process is carried out by a specialized identity and biometric verification technology provider, which requires the user to capture a valid official identity document and perform facial biometric validation to confirm legal age and identity match.
DiosasPlay does not store, retain, or directly process images of identity documents or biometric data provided during the verification process. Such data is used only once, exclusively to verify age, and is managed in accordance with the external provider’s security and data protection standards.
Once verification is completed, DiosasPlay receives only the validation result (approved or rejected), without access to identity document content or biometric data, thereby safeguarding user privacy and personal data security.
Access to and use of DiosasPlay is strictly conditioned upon successful age verification. Failure to pass verification will result in denial of access to the platform and its content.
2.2 Permitted Use
Use of the website for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized content distribution, fraud, or any conduct that may harm the community or third parties.
2.3 Restriction or Suspension of Service
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or whose behavior is harmful to the platform or other users.
2.4 Prohibition of Prostitution-Related Content
Uploading, promoting, or distributing content that directly or indirectly references prostitution is strictly prohibited. Such content will be removed, and legal action may be taken if applicable.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance.
3. User Responsibility
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using our services.
3.2 User Conduct
Providing false information, impersonating others, harassing users, or sharing offensive, illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Content Self-Management
Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, or transmit through the platform and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property and Monetization
4.1 Platform Content Rights
All general platform content (excluding user-generated content), including logos, design, software, text, and images, is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Altaboss SpA or its licensors
4.2 Content Creator Rights
Each content creator retains full ownership of the content they upload to DiosasPlay, including videos, photos, text, audio, and live streams.
By uploading content, creators grant DiosasPlay a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform and official marketing channels for commercial purposes.
4.3 Monetization, Commissions, and Multimedia Collaborations
Creators may monetize their content through:
- Subscriptions
- Pay-per-view (PPV)
- Live streams
- Live streams
- Sale of physical or digital products
- Other platform-enabled formats
In cases involving direct collaboration with the DiosasPlay / Altaboss SpA multimedia production team for content creation, recording, production, promotion, or distribution, special conditions apply:
- Content Ownership: All audiovisual, photographic, or digital material produced under such collaboration shall be the exclusive property of Altaboss SpA / DiosasPlay.
- Unauthorized Use Prohibited: Creators may not publish, distribute, sublicense, monetize, or use such content on other platforms, social networks, websites, or external media without prior written authorization from Altaboss SpA / DiosasPlay.
- Individual Agreements: Commission terms, usage rights, and special conditions shall be formalized through individual image rights and multimedia collaboration agreements, which shall be legally binding.
Due to the digital nature of the content, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing content, users receive immediate access and waive any right to refunds.
5. Privacy and Security
5.1 Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information without consent unless required by law.
5.2 Security Measures
Reasonable security protocols are implemented to protect user data. However, users acknowledge that no system is entirely secure.
6. Refund Policy and Virtual Wallet
Due to the digital, immediate, intangible, and irreversible nature of the services and content offered, DiosasPlay does not issue refunds under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed and confirmed.
This policy applies expressly and without exception to:
- Subscriptions
- Pay-per-view (PPV) content
- Live streams
- Video calls
- Digital products
- Any other service or feature offered on the platform
Virtual wallet balances are intended exclusively for internal platform use for acquiring digital services under these Terms.
By using DiosasPlay, users and creators confirm that they have been clearly informed of this policy and expressly and irrevocably accept it, waiving any claim, dispute, or chargeback.
This policy remains in effect even in cases of voluntary account closure, suspension, termination, or relationship termination, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Community Conduct
7.1 Respectful Interaction
We promote a respectful and inclusive community. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech may result in suspension or account termination.
7.2 Reporting and Moderation
Users may report content or conduct violations. DiosasPlay reserves the right to review, moderate, and act accordingly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
9. Platform Advertising
9.1 Internal Promotion of Creators
DiosasPlay may feature creator profiles, usernames, cover images, content excerpts, or authorized promotional materials in internal advertising spaces, including banners, recommendation carousels, pop-ups, emails, push notifications, and official social media.
9.2 Promotion of Other Creators
Creators acknowledge and accept that DiosasPlay promotes different creators dynamically and waive any claim related to the visibility of other creators.
9.3 Promotional Scope Limitation
Such authorization applies exclusively within the DiosasPlay ecosystem and official channels. External promotions require prior written consent.
10. Participation of Individuals in Content
10.1 Verified Creator Participation Only
All content must exclusively feature creators with active, verified DiosasPlay accounts. Content featuring unverified individuals is prohibited.
10.2 Content Removal and Disciplinary Measures
Content featuring unverified individuals will be removed immediately, and the responsible creator will receive a formal violation notice.
10.3 Sanctions for Non-Compliance
Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination, with retention of generated funds without compensation.
11. Creator Responsibility
11.1 Prohibition on Sharing Personal Contact Information
Creators are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details or directing users off-platform for transactions.
Violations constitute a serious breach and may result in content removal, account termination, fund retention, and legal action.
12. Information Liability Disclaimer
DiosasPlay assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or consequences of information shared by creators. Content consumption is at the user’s own risk.
13. Unauthorized Professional Practice
DiosasPlay does not endorse or assume liability for illegal professional practice. Credentials may be requested for regulated professions. Violations may result in suspension, content removal, fund retention, and legal reporting.
14. Platform Misuse Sanctions
DiosasPlay may investigate misuse and review platform activity solely to enforce compliance. Sanctions may include warnings, suspensions, content removal, fund retention, and reporting to authorities.
15. SPAM Prohibition
Unsolicited, repetitive, or intrusive communications are prohibited. Violations may result in graduated sanctions, including permanent suspension.
16. Automated Content Moderatio
DiosasPlay uses automated moderation technologies (via APIs) to detect potential violations in images, videos, and text. Automated analysis may lead to human review and enforcement actions. Final responsibility rests with the content publisher.
