DiosasPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, creators, and subscribers to do the same.

If you believe that content available through DiosasPlay infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a copyright infringement notification in accordance with this policy.

DiosasPlay reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content, suspend accounts, terminate repeat infringers, and take any other action deemed necessary to protect intellectual property rights.

Copyright Infringement Notice

To submit a copyright infringement complaint, please send a written notice to:

Your notice must include:
  • Full legal name of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Contact information, including email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including URLs.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter Notification

If content is removed due to a copyright complaint and the affected user believes the removal was made in error, that user may submit a counter-notification.

DiosasPlay reserves the right to restore content if a valid counter-notification is received and no legal action is initiated by the complainant within the applicable timeframe.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly upload content that infringes intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Fraudulent Claims

Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent copyright claims may result in account suspension, legal action, and liability for damages caused by the improper complaint.
